#5 – IE balances efficiencies between Onsite Support and Remote Support. IE adjusts our deliverables based on the needs of the project. We understand there are definite times when "boots-on-the-ground" is a must, while at others, the work from the laptop can be performed from a remote office.


#6 – IE has grounded knowledge of paper and chemical facilities. Cradle to Grave / Womb to Tomb, IE is familiar with processes and process equipment from start to finish.



#7 – IE strives to be a team player. We understand industrial employees and their roles and have worked to build relationships with all levels of the organization, including the electrical and maintenance organization, salary production supervisors, and the engineering department. From Mill Sr. Leadership, Process/Department Area Leads, Gatekeepers, Maintenance and Reliability Managers, Area Planners, Superintendents, Engineers, Engineering Managers, Environmental Health and Safety Managers, IT Managers, and all the area-related trades, we understand "know your audience" and we tailor our service accordingly.

#8 – IE knows the Engineering Department's standards and mode of operation. IE is very familiar with the Industrial Facilities Capital Approval Process and the requirements thereof Front End Loading processes (FEL). We are also familiar with the required engineering standards applied for each project, including Typical Drawing Systems and Print Numbering Schemes.


#9 – IE is fully aware of OSHA Contractor Safety Requirements.  IE knows the typical "Lock Out/TagOut" LOTO Policies and other safety considerations required for outside contractors. TAPPI SAFE and other industry best practice norms are understood and followed.


#10 – IE is safety-focused, especially around NFPA 70E.  We promise to maintain sight of the safety focus for any job we are contracted to manage. IE will willingly comply with the standards, policies, and procedures of any Industrial Facility.

IE applies a critical eye at every step in a project's lifecycle with skills in electrical design oversight, estimating, equipment procurement, budgeting, and construction support. We understand the importance of not missing criticalities in the project life cycle leading up to the start and commissioning phase.


#12 – IE has the start-up management skills. Once project groundwork is complete, any successful job has its start-up, IE understands the importance of these going well for all parties involved. IE has the skills necessary to manage the demands of these outages, from pre-outage preparation and construction to post-outage clean-up issues.
